NSI is seeking a Business Systems Analyst (SAP B1) to join our Barcelona-based team. You will provide hands-on SAP Business One support, optimize ERP processes, and partner with functional teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.

As a hybrid, full-time role, you’ll work with purchasing, inventory, finance and reporting, coordinate with BPA/EDI integrations, and help with system upgrades, UAT, and Google Workspace administration. English fluency is required; Spanish is a plus.

Formación

• Hands-on SAP Business One support experience.
• Strong SAP B1 functionality and configuration knowledge.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and business processes.
• Exposure to BPA, EDI, or similar integrations.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-line support for SAP Business One users across purchasing, inventory, finance, production, and reporting.
• Troubleshoot SAP Business One issues by identifying root causes and understanding configuration.
• Work with business users to understand processes, resolve issues, and recommend improvements.
• Manage and prioritize system support requests based on business impact.
• Support BPA integrations, monitor failures, reprocess transactions and escalate issues.
• Assist with EDI-related issues and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Support ERP upgrades, implementations, testing, and improvements.
• Assist with requirements gathering, documentation, and UAT.
• Support Google Workspace administration, user provisioning, and access management.
• Troubleshoot macOS hardware/software issues and prepare devices for new hires.
• Support endpoint management through MDM and maintain IT asset inventory.
