BVI is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer for the Sant Cugat (Barcelona) site to own Iberia IT operations, SAP Business One, and on‑site infrastructure. You will act as the main local IT contact for 60+ colleagues, balancing business needs with global IT alignment.

The role requires hands‑on delivery across Windows 11, M365, SAP B1, and a secure, compliant operating environment. Occasional travel to Portugal and other sites is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with SAP Business One in a live business environment; ability to navigate and support the platform.
• Experience with Helpdesk/ITSM platforms (Freshservice, ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy) and maintaining SLAs.
• Strong Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 proficiency; familiarity with Entra ID/Active Directory.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (CEFR B2+); professional documentation in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Portugal operations and other sites.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first and main IT contact for Sant Cugat site and Iberia colleagues, resolving incidents hands‑on across Windows, M365, Teams, printers and mobile devices.
• Manage on-site hardware lifecycle from provisioning to secure disposal; handle onboarding and offboarding end to end.
• Own SAP Business One day‑to‑day support, user/admin access, master data, and period‑end close with Finance.
• Coordinate with the SAP Business One implementation partner; track patches, add‑ons, and upgrades; manage integrations.
• Support ERP-related applications and interfaces (CRM, QlikView) and document the Iberia application landscape.
• Work with global IT leadership to integrate Iberia into the global application landscape and IFS Cloud prep.
• Provide on‑site support for Infrastructure, Network and Security teams; maintain site server and comms rooms.
• Provide first‑line support for LAN/Wi‑Fi/WAN, troubleshooting with carriers and local vendors.
• Support manufacturing and warehouse tech (barcode scanners, label printers, shop‑floor PCs) for production continuity.
• Verify backups, run restore tests, and coordinate on‑site during incidents and audits.
• Maintain audit-ready records per ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and GDPR; assist internal/external audits.
• Manage local IT suppliers, assets and spend as the trusted Iberia IT partner.
