NSI in Barcelona, Spain, is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support SAP Business One and related ERP integrations. The role will handle hands-on SAP B1 support, investigate issues, and optimize processes across purchasing, inventory, and finance.

You will partner with business users on requirements, upgrades, testing, and continuous improvement while maintaining ERP stability. English fluency is required, and applicants should live near NSI’s Barcelona office.

Formación

• Must have hands-on SAP Business One support experience.
• Strong understanding of SAP B1 functionality and configuration.
• Experience supporting ERP systems and business processes.
• Exposure to BPA, EDI, or other business system integrations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-line support for SAP Business One users across purchasing, inventory, finance, production, and reporting.
• Troubleshoot SAP Business One issues by identifying root causes and understanding system configuration.
• Collaborate with business users to understand processes, resolve issues, and implement improvements.
• Manage and prioritize system support requests based on business impact.
• Support BPA integrations, monitor failures, reprocess transactions, and escalate structural issues when needed.
• Assist with EDI-related issues and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Contribute to ERP upgrades, testing, and implementation projects.
• Assist with requirements gathering, documentation, and UAT.
• Support Google Workspace administration, user provisioning, and access management.
• Troubleshoot macOS hardware/software issues and prepare devices for new hires.
• Support endpoint management and IT asset inventory.
