Omega CRM, a Merkle & Dentsu company, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive delivery of Salesforce projects in Spain. You will oversee planning, resourcing, risk management, and client communication to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes with high quality.

The role requires strong English business communication, Agile SCRUM experience, and capability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment. Permanent contract with flexible arrangements and health benefits.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management roles, successfully leading Salesforce projects.
• 3+ years of experience participating in end-to-end CRM implementation processes.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support in pre-sales tasks: solution design, estimation, planning, and client vision sharing.
• Assign and supervise team tasks, vacations, and absences during the project.
• Manage project progress to ensure deadlines, scope, and budget are met.
• Facilitate change requests with schedule and budget impacts.
• Lead project demos for the client and ensure customer satisfaction.
