Omega CRM, a Merkle Company, is seeking a Salesforce Consultant to join our Valencia team. You will drive requirements analysis, design and implement Salesforce solutions, and collaborate with clients and Omega's team. Fluent English and 4+ years in Salesforce admin/config/consulting are required.

Formación

• English language proficiency required for business conversations and fluent communication (written and spoken).
• 4+ years in Salesforce administration, configuration, and consulting roles.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Ability to liaise between clients and cross-functional technical teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Solid experience working under Agile SCRUM delivery principles.

Responsabilidades

• Perform requirements analysis and design functional solutions in projects.
• Design and implement functional solutions in projects.
• Provide effort estimations for projects.
• Coordinate with Omega team and/or clients to fulfill project objectives.
• Analyze and improve application performance.
• Collaborate with technology providers as required by the project.
• Validate solutions against functional requirements.
• Comply with Omega's software quality standards.
• Generate functional documentation for completed projects.
• Collaborate within Omega's community of practice by sharing knowledge.
