Omega CRM is seeking a Technical Lead to drive Salesforce projects from design to delivery. You will support sales and functional teams, lead technical decisions, and ensure on-time, within-scope project outcomes with rigorous quality standards.

The role requires 3+ years in Salesforce implementations, experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, plus agile practices and strong English. Benefits include flexible work arrangements, certifications, and health coverage.

Formación

• 3+ years participating in the full lifecycle of Salesforce.com implementations.
• Experience in Salesforce.com projects.
• Experience with Salesforce modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with agile methodologies.
• High level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to sales and functional teams with technical design, estimation, and assumptions.
• Lead technically on projects, identifying the best solution to meet functional demands.
• Detect risks in technical management of project profitability and alert PM/DM.
• Ensure project progress regarding scope, schedule and costs; foresee deviations.
• Ensure fulfillment of technical objectives and compliance with Omega's quality standards.
• Supervise effort estimations during testing and collaborate on client demos.
• Deliver technical documentation and participate in training the technical team.
• Identify opportunities for Up & Cross Selling and propose methodological improvements.
• Collaborate in Omega's community of practice to mentor others.
