Omega CRM, a Merkle company and part of the dentsu group, seeks a Salesforce Consultant to join our team in Spain. You will analyze requirements, design and implement functional solutions, and provide effort estimations, collaborating with the Omega team and clients to meet project objectives.

Requirements include full professional English, 4+ years in Salesforce administration/configuration/consulting, and hands-on multi-cloud experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).

Formación

• Full professional proficiency in English is required.
• +4 years of Salesforce administration, configuration, and consulting experience.
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Able to liaise between clients and cross-functional teams to translate requirements.
• Solid experience with Agile/SCRUM delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Requirements analysis.
• Design and implement functional solutions in projects.
• Provide effort estimations for projects.
• Collaborate with Omega team and clients to fulfill project objectives.
• Analyze and improve application performance.
• Collaborate with technology providers when required.
• Validate solutions against functional requirements.
• Adhere to Omega's software quality standards.
• Generate functional documentation for projects.
• Share knowledge within Omega's community of practice.
