Omega CRM, a Merkle Company and part of the dentsu group, seeks a Technical Lead to guide Salesforce projects end-to-end in Spain. You will design solutions, estimate effort, and mentor the technical team while ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

Formación

• 3+ years participating in the full lifecycle of Salesforce.com implementations.
• Experience in Salesforce.com projects.
• Experience in the different Salesforce modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with agile methodologies.
• High level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership in assigned Salesforce projects.
• Support sales and functional teams with solution design, estimation, and assumptions.
• Manage technical risks and project profitability in collaboration with PM/DM.
• Ensure alignment with software quality standards and deliverables.
• Contribute to technical documentation, demos, and training of the team.
• Identify Upsell opportunities and improvements in the technical approach.
