Omega CRM, a Merkle Company, is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to develop and optimize marketing automation across customer journeys. The role emphasizes hands-on SFMC campaign design, cloud architecture, and best practices in marketing technology.

Requirements include 3+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience and strong English proficiency; AMPscript familiarity is a plus. Location is Madrid with permanent contract and flexible work options.

Formación

• 3+ years designing and executing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Familiarity with the Salesforce CRM ecosystem.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate, create, and recommend innovative marketing automation solutions.
• Assist in high-level architecture design for marketing automation solutions.
• Implement infrastructure and cloud marketing architecture.
• Create policies for activating automated communications that map the customer journey.
• Develop and monitor automated communications across touchpoints.
• Document processes and track system performance metrics.
