UST España & Latam is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to join in Spain (Madrid or remote within Spain). You will lead a team of engineers, drive technical excellence, define architecture, and mentor through code reviews.

Required: 7+ years in software development with 2-3 years in leadership, deep Salesforce expertise, Agile/DevOps proficiency, and fluent English. Travel up to 10-20% may be needed. This role offers strong career growth and remote-friendly options.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 7+ years of software development experience with 2-3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Solid expertise in software architecture, design patterns, and system integration.
• Hands-on Salesforce ecosystem experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, CRM Analytics, Commerce Cloud).
• Experience with Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, Copado, and SFDX.
• Knowledge of data analysis, KPI reporting, data migration, and data quality management.
• Ability to work with SQL/SOQL and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (10-20%).

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Manage technical debt and maintain long-term maintainability.
• Support planning, estimation, and prioritization of development work.
• Promote innovation, continuous learning, and team collaboration.
