Job summary

Omega CRM, a Merkle Company, seeks a Salesforce Business Analyst to lead As-Is/To-Be analyses, document existing processes, and design optimized future-state workflows. You will collaborate with stakeholders, map processes (BPMN), and help translate business needs into actionable requirements for migration and deployment across Salesforce clouds.

The role requires at least 4 years in Salesforce consulting, strong English communication, and a proactive, collaborative approach to deliver

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in Salesforce consulting roles.
• Experience conducting As-Is / To-Be analyses of processes, systems, or org.
• Ability to design optimized future-state models aligned with business objectives.
• Experience mapping workflows and creating BPMN diagrams.
• Strong collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Agile methodology.
• Experience with Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud, Community clouds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct As-Is/To-Be analyses to identify gaps and transformation needs.
• Document current processes, pain points, and bottlenecks with precision.
• Design future-state processes aligned with business goals and tech feasibility.
• Create implementation roadmaps and actionable plans for transformation.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for delivery teams.
• Provide ongoing support during implementation to ensure adoption.
