YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator – Revenue Systems (SaaS) for a remote contract role to optimize CRM and linked revenue platforms.

You will audit data quality, resolve inconsistencies, implement governance, and document operational rules across billing, CPQ, ticketing, and integrations.

Fluent English is required; 4–6 years of hands-on CRM experience across Salesforce, HubSpot, and ideally Dynamics 365; strong SQL & API skills are preferred.

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator – Revenue Systems (SaaS)

Role Type: Contractor
Location: Remote

We are seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators – Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.

You’ll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows. No prior AI experience is required.

Scope of Work
