Shakers in Madrid is hiring a Junior Business Developer to open doors with decision-makers, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for our Account Executives. You’ll use AI tools to prospect smarter and move fast in a high-growth environment.

The role offers uncapped commission, strong earning potential, and a path toward an Account Executive role within a dynamic startup culture. Spanish and English fluency are required.

Formación

• 2–3 years of minimum experience in sales
• Spanish and English fluently

Responsabilidades

• Build pipeline from scratch by prospecting decision-makers on LinkedIn, email, and phone.
• Qualify and spark interest by understanding pains and presenting the value proposition.
• Book meetings for Account Executives and help grow the pipeline.
• Report activity weekly and draw insights to improve outreach.
• Grow fast to step up into an Account Executive role.
