CGT Alkor in Spain is seeking a Sales Representative for the Swimming Pool segment. You will be the face of the CGT Alkor brand in Spain, responsible for expanding presence in the market and building relationships with distributors and pool builders.

The role requires a technical understanding, strong negotiation and communication skills, autonomy to travel 3–4 days per week, and a target-driven mindset. A bachelor's or master's in business, marketing or a technical field is expected, with

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing or a technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in the pool business or pool distribution.
• Technical understanding with strong commercial and marketing instincts.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Autonomy and organizational ability to travel frequently.
• Entrepreneurial mindset to grow a market with fluent English.

Your objective: grow Brand Recognition and Market Share for our reinforced PVC membrane range in the Spanish region. YOUR PROFILEYou are spanish and you live in Spain, ideally in the centre of Spain, close to Madrid but other locations in Spain can also work.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing or a technical field.

Minimum 5 years of commercial experience, in the pool business working in a distribution company of pool products or in a pool builder.

Technical understanding combined with strong commercial and marketing instincts.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Autonomy and organizational ability to handle frequent travel.
