Solenis is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for Pool Solutions to drive growth across Southwest France and Northwest Spain. You will lead field sales, develop distributor networks, and manage key accounts with a hunter mindset while coordinating with marketing and product teams.

Role requires fluent French and English, Spanish as a plus, and willingness to travel frequently; you will lift up to 25 kg and operate pallet jacks at events and customer sites.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of successful field sales experience.
• Experience in swimming pool sector (residential, commercial/hospitality, or mass market).
• Experience working with distributors or specialist dealer channels.
• French: native or fluent; English: professional working proficiency; Spanish: conversational to fluent (desirable).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement a comprehensive territory sales plan to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market analysis.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Track competitor activities and adjust strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings within the region.
