CGT Group, a leading PVC foil manufacturer for swimming pools, seeks a Sales Representative for Spain. This role is home-office with weekly travel across Spain. You will advance brand recognition and market share for our reinforced PVC membrane range, reporting to the Sales Director of CGT Alkor (EU Branch - France).

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in pool product sales, strong negotiation skills, autonomous planning, and an entrepreneurial mindset to grow a market rather than merely manage it.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business, marketing or a technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in pool products distribution or with pool builders.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Autonomy and organization to handle frequent travel.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: you need to grow a market, not just manage it.

Responsabilidades

• Be the face of the CGT Alkor brand in Spain and grow brand recognition and market share for reinforced PVC membranes.
• Develop and execute market development plans across Spain with focus on distribution channels and pool builders.

SALES REPRESENTATIVE – SWIMMING POOL SEGMENT | SPAIN

Location: Spain - Home office with weekly business travel

Contract: Permanent contract or Representative Agent

Reports to: CGT Alkor (EU Branch - France) Sales Director

YOUR MISSION

You will be the face of the CGT Alkor brand in Spain. Your objective: grow Brand Recognition and Market Share for our reinforced PVC membrane range in the Spanish region.

YOUR PROFILE

• You are spanish and you live in Spain, ideally in the centre of Spain, close to Madrid but other locations in Spain can also work.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing or a technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience, in the pool business working in a distribution company of pool products or in a pool builder.
• Technical understanding combined with strong commercial and marketing instincts.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Autonomy and organizational ability to handle frequent travel.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: you need to grow a market, you don't just manage a market

CONDITIONS

• Travel 3 to 4 days per week across Spain.
• Net Salary: € 2500/ month and more depending on your experience, plus bonus
• Company car.
