Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets for industrial equipment.
• Identify and prospect new customers within the assigned geographical area.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct on-site product demonstrations and provide technical explanations.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate equipment solutions.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales effectively.
• Manage a sales territory efficiently, including travel planning and scheduling.
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up post-sale.
• Analyze sales performance and market trends within the territory.
• Report sales activities and progress to the Regional Sales Manager regularly.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in field sales or industrial equipment sales.
• Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively on the road.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the Córdoba region and surrounding areas of Andalusia.
• Technical aptitude and ability to understand complex product specifications.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred.
