Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and problem-solving abilities.
• Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with clients in the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
• Provide clients with market insights on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices for engineering and industrial roles.
• Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Utilize various recruitment tools, professional networks, and databases to find qualified candidates.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and evolving skill requirements in engineering and manufacturing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on Industrial, Manufacturing, or Engineering sectors.
• Demonstrable experience in sourcing and recruiting for technical and engineering positions.
• Solid understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish is mandatory; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• This role involves a hybrid work arrangement and is based in Córdoba .
