Job summary

Panasonic Automotive Systems Europe in Barcelona is seeking a business administrator/controlling support professional to ensure data integrity and align finance with sales.

You will work cross-functionally across sales, finance, supply chain and service, using Excel and SAP, with 2–5 years of experience, fluency in Italian and Spanish, and an international environment offering training and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in business administration/controlling or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong Excel skills; ERP system experience (SAP preferred).
• Cross-functional work and multi-stakeholder management.
• Excellent Italian and Spanish language skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures and financial controls
• Work with Key Account Managers to align the sales force with company policies
• Support budget, forecast and business planning activities, ensuring data accuracy
• Coordinate administrative activities with business partners ensuring smooth processes and timely issue resolution
• Act as a key interface between sales, finance, supply chain and service department
• Maintain and ensure accuracy of commercial master data
