SetoPay, Marbella-based PSP, is expanding its commercial team and seeks a Sales Coordinator with hands-on experience in payments, PSP operations, or fintech. You will coordinate the sales pipeline, assist onboarding, and work with international merchants to ensure live processing.

The role requires 2+ years in a similar field, strong English, and CRM know‑how. We offer private healthcare, a performance bonus after 3 months, and a MacBook along with essential tools for a fast‑paced, on-site role

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, or similar roles within PSPs, banks, fintechs, or SaaS.
• Excellent written and verbal English for international merchants and partners.
• Comfortable with common CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and maintaining CRM hygiene.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills; detail-oriented and proactive.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day coordination of the sales pipeline: lead tracking, follow-ups, documentation, and CRM hygiene.
• Collaborate with Sales to move leads, commercial activities, and onboarding requirements forward without delays.
• Prepare commercial proposals, contracts, and merchant onboarding documentation.
• Support the sales cycle from first contact to live processing for merchants.
• Chase outstanding items internally and externally without reminders.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline data, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for smooth onboarding.
• Identify gaps or bottlenecks in the sales process and flag them early.
• Help improve sales processes, workflows, and day-to-day operations.
