Ralph Lauren Madrid is seeking an administrative assistant to support a sales team by processing orders, managing invoices, and maintaining customer records to ensure timely delivery of products. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel and SAP to generate reports and support daily operations across logistics and finance.

Responsabilidades

Order Management: Receive, process, and verify sales orders, ensuring accuracy in customer information.
Customer Communication: Act as a point of contact for customers, answering questions and providing after-sales support.
Record Keeping: Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
Reporting & Analysis: Compile and monitor performance metrics to provide insights to the sales team.
Inventory & Logistics: Coordinate deliveries to ensure timely product fulfillment.
Internal Coordination: Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
