Calido Flex Living & Dazia Capital invites a GUEST SERVICES Intern to join the reception team in North Madrid (Alcobendas/Valdebebas). You will work closely with the General Manager to deliver memorable guest experiences and learn operations across short and long-term residencies.

We offer continuous training, exposure to a fast-growing brand in Spain, and a structured internship with hands-on duties ranging from reservations to events, located on-site in Madrid.

Formación

• Fluent Spanish and intermediate English required.
• 3 months internship with 30 hours per week.
• Proactive, independent, positive energy and eager to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary guest contact, providing information and answering inquiries about services and amenities.
• Assist in reservations and guest management using MEWS and other systems.
• Understand operations of short and long-term residencies and support occupancy.
• Help plan and run open houses, events, and community outreach.

Your role

As GUEST SERVICES Intern, you’ll join the reception team, working closely with the building’s General Manager to generate unforgettable residencies for our guests.

Your mission

Be a source of knowledge and solutions for our customers, deliver an outstanding guest service experience, and maximize occupancy through strong customer service. DON´T WORRY, WE WILL GUIDE YOU EVERY STEP OF THE WAY WITH CONTINOUS TRAINING AND FEEDBACK!

You will learn to:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, providing information and addressing inquiries regarding services and amenities.
• Navigate reservations systems and customer management systems such as MEWS.
• Understand the operational cycles of both short and long term residencies.
• Learn the art of auxillary income- how to generate additional sources of revenue.
• Maintain accurate records of reservations and activities and generate reports.
• Assist in planning and executing open houses, social events, and community outreach initiatives.

What are we looking for:

• Fluent Spanish & intermediary level English
• Comitment to 3 months of internship (30 hours per week).
• Proactiveness, independence, positive energy and a drive to learn new things and be the best at what you do.
• Be mobile! While you will probably be based in one building, you may be asked to move between a few, an opportunity to learn and experience more!
• Permission to work in Spain.
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of the Madrid market is a plus but not a must
