Habyt is seeking a Sales Associate Intern in Madrid to support the sales team from first enquiry to signed contract while helping keep the building fully occupied.

You will work with the Sales, Revenue, Operations and Guest Experience teams, handle inbound leads, assist with on-site visits and virtual tours, follow up to convert enquiries, and help with offers, contracts, and CRM records.

Formación

• Enrolled in university or recently graduated with internship eligibility.
• No prior experience required; customer-facing experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and eagerness to learn.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish; additional languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound leads via website, phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Assist with on-site visits and virtual tours, presenting apartment types and amenities.
• Follow up on leads by phone and email to convert enquiries into bookings.
• Help prepare offers and contracts and support signing and move-in.
• Keep availability and pricing up to date across channels to maximize occupancy.
• Coordinate with Guest Experience for seamless check-in.
• Track pipeline and conversion metrics and gather market insights.
• Record interactions and documents in the CRM.
• Learn and follow SOPs and GDPR requirements.
