CloudPay Espana S.L. in Spain is seeking a hands-on Sales & BDR Enablement Specialist to coach BDRs and AEs, accelerate ramp-up, and drive a high-performance sales culture across our global teams.

Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing Operations, you will build training programs and enablement playbooks to lift productivity. Lead onboarding, leverage enablement platforms like Seismic, and collaborate with Sales Leadership and Product Marketing to align priorities with business goals.

Formación

• Experience in Sales Enablement or Sales Training in B2B sales.
• Proven coaching of BDRs and AEs.
• Knowledge of MEDDPICC or Challenger frameworks.
• Experience delivering classroom and 1:1 coaching.
• Strong feedback delivery based on observed calls.
• Experience with Seismic, HubSpot, Salesloft or Sales Navigator.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Data-driven and commercially minded; translate insights into action.
• Experience across global or multi-region sales orgs.
• Fluent English; Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver engaging sales training and coaching for BDRs and AEs.
• Cover social selling, prospecting, cold outreach, discovery, objection handling.
• Improve onboarding and ramp time for new hires.
• Lead live call reviews and customer meetings coaching.
• Develop and maintain sales playbooks, scripts and best practices.
• Drive adoption of enablement platforms (Seismic, DealHub, related tools).
• Partner with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing and Ops to align priorities.
• Use performance data to identify gaps and deliver targeted programs.
• Support certification programs and career progression pathways.
• Adapt to evolving technologies and AI-enabled selling.
