A leading security technology company is seeking a Channel Sales professional in Madrid to promote CCTV solutions and conduct market research. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of sales experience in the security market and excellent communication skills in English. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies and reporting to management. Benefits include a company car for personal use.

Develop CCTV business promoting Hikvision solutions in electrical and telecom channel.

Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys (Including : existing and prospective customers, competitors' channel partners, channel coverage and sales strategy, etc.), identify new sales opportunities and market trends.

Responsible for annual & quarterly target settings for distributors, follow up with KPIs linked to these targets.

Prepare accurate and regular report to manager, and other customer reports required by the management.

Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, filters, charts).

At least 2 years of sales experience in security Market

Good communication skills in English both written and verbal ability.

Ability to be open minded to working in a multi-cultural company.
