Kraft Heinz in Madrid is seeking a Sales Intern to support the Sales team by analyzing sales and performance, maintaining reports, and preparing customer-ready materials. The role builds foundational skills in sales execution, customer management, business analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will collaborate cross-functionally to gather inputs, validate data, and deliver timely insights while assisting with operational tasks that keep accounts running smoothly.

Formación

• Relevant degree in Management, Business Administration, or Business Analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic charts).
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to summarize data into clear takeaways.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders and ensuring accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Support monthly sales, shipment, and in-market performance tracking.
• Maintain recurring reporting and dashboards for KPI reviews.
• Deliver sales analytics by identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
• Create customer materials and meeting prep materials (presentations, recaps, action trackers).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align inputs, validate data and timelines.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects like account deep dives and process improvements.
