Job summary

Iventions International Events seeks a proactive Sales Coordinator Intern to support the senior sales team with lead generation, outreach, and CRM management. You will build a pipeline of qualified leads and ensure accurate data management to drive sales operations.

The role involves collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and clients, and may include travel to tradeshows. Ideal for students in business, marketing or related fields who are fluent in English.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing studies in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field.
• Fluent in English (C2 level) or native-level English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior sales staff with lead generation through email, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Manage CRM systems with accurate data entry, cleaning and reporting.
• Identify potential clients and book meetings for senior staff using Enginy, Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Conduct basic market research to identify target companies and high-potential contacts.
