Responsabilidades

• Develop technical and commercial proposals for the U.S. market.
• Analyze RFQs and define suitable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with U.S.-based sales teams, customers, OEMs, suppliers and internal engineering teams throughout the proposal process.
• Prepare technical specifications, cost estimates and pricing support.
• Evaluate supplier quotations and recommend the most competitive technical solution.
• Support the U.S. Sales team during customer meetings, technical presentations and commercial discussions.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging technologies.
• Travel occasionally to customer sites, including potential international travel to support business activities.

Although the position is based in Valencia, Spain, you will work exclusively with our U.S. business, collaborating daily with engineering and sales teams in the United States and supporting customers across North America.

What you’ll do

• Develop technical and commercial proposals for industrial drive and automation solutions supporting the U.S. market.
• Analyze customer RFQs and define the most suitable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with U.S.-based sales teams, customers, OEMs, suppliers and internal engineering teams throughout the proposal process.
• Prepare technical specifications, cost estimates and pricing support.
• Evaluate supplier quotations and recommend the most competitive technical solution.
• Support the U.S. Sales team during customer meetings, technical presentations and commercial discussions.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging technologies.
• Participate in technical seminars, industry events and customer visits.
• Travel occasionally to customer sites, including potential international travel to support business activities.

What we’re looking for

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience in Application Engineering, Systems Engineering or Technical Sales within industrial automation.
• Knowledge of variable frequency drives (VFDs), motors, motion control or industrial automation systems.
• Experience preparing technical proposals and commercial quotations.
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent English is essential, as you will work daily with colleagues and customers in the United States.
• Availability to travel up to 50%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Metals, Steel, Material Handling, Mining, Cement, Paper or other heavy industries.
• Experience working with OEMs, EPC contractors or industrial end users.
• Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, HMI or Industrial Control Systems.
• Previous experience with CRM platforms.
• Experience supporting medium and large industrial projects.
