TMEIC in Valencia, Spain, is seeking a PCB Design Engineer to join our U.S. Technology organization, collaborating daily with engineers in the United States on embedded hardware and power electronics.

You will design multi-layer PCBs, create schematics, layouts, BOMs, and fabrication docs, while applying signal integrity and EMI/EMC practices, and coordinating with manufacturers.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related.
• Experience with PCB design tools (Altium, OrCAD, Cadence, KiCad).
• Strong knowledge of analog, digital and mixed-signal PCB design.
• Understanding of PCB manufacturing processes.
• Fluent English for daily interfacing with U.S. team.
• Ability to work effectively in an international environment.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop multi-layer PCBs for embedded systems and industrial products.
• Create schematics, PCB layouts, BOMs and manufacturing docs.
• Collaborate daily with the U.S. Technology team of engineers.
• Support development from concept through production.
• Apply SI/PI and EMI/EMC design practices.
• Generate fabrication and assembly documentation.
• Support prototype bring-up, debugging and validation.
• Coordinate with PCB manufacturers and assembly houses.
• Participate in design reviews and continuous improvements.

Although this position is based in Valencia, Spain, you will work exclusively with our Technology team in the United States, collaborating daily with U.S.-based engineers on the design and development of next-generation embedded systems and power electronics products.

What you'll do

• Design and develop multi-layer PCBs for embedded systems and industrial electronic products.
• Create schematics, PCB layouts, BOMs and manufacturing documentation using industry-standard PCB design tools.
• Collaborate daily with the U.S. Technology team, including embedded software, power electronics and hardware engineers.
• Support the development of new products from concept through production.
• Apply best practices in signal integrity, power integrity and EMI/EMC design.
• Generate fabrication and assembly documentation.
• Support prototype bring-up, debugging and validation.
• Coordinate with PCB manufacturers and assembly houses.
• Participate in design reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

What we're looking for

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience with Altium Designer, OrCAD, Cadence, KiCad or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of analog, digital and mixed-signal PCB design.
• Knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes.
• Fluent English (daily communication with the U.S. team).
• Ability to work effectively in an international environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with embedded systems and power electronics.
• Knowledge of high-speed interfaces.
• Experience with SI/PI simulation tools.
