TP is seeking an Operations Manager to drive day-to-day performance of a Sales Ads operation, leading Team Leaders and frontline sales teams across SMB EMEA Direct clients and Agency segments in Barcelona. The role focuses on achieving revenue targets, pipeline health, and productivity with strong data-driven decision making.

You will translate business objectives into operational actions, manage performance metrics, and coach teams to deliver consistent results in a fast-paced hybrid work

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading teams in sales or performance-driven settings.
• Fluent written and spoken English (C2).
• Strong communication to translate data into insights.
• Solid analytical skills to interpret sales and ops metrics.
• Ability to build trust with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent organization to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and present revenue, pipeline, and conversion metrics.
• Execute acquisition and growth strategies across teams.
• Maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements to boost productivity and sales.
• Monitor team performance across revenue, conversion, and activity KPIs.
• Provide coaching and development for Team Leaders.
