Cledara in Barcelona is seeking an Operations Associate to execute daily workflows around customer invoice matching, payment reconciliation, and data enrichment within a growing SaaS environment. You will support routine merchant classifications, recurring customer payments and reward payouts, and collaborate with the Product team to implement operational improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Execute exception handling and daily workflows for Cledara’s customer invoice matching process
• Manage routine merchant classification and data enrichment accurately
• Support recurring customer payment, reconciliation, and reward payout processes
• Operate manual fallbacks for automated product features to maintain seamless customer experiences
• Identify recurring patterns and friction points in manual workflows
• Collaborate with the Product team to implement operational improvements
