The Accounts Receivables Specialist at ALEA in Barcelona will manage billing, invoicing, and supplier invoices with accuracy and timeliness. You will reconcile accounts, maintain records, and communicate with customers and vendors to resolve payment issues.

The role offers growth within the finance team and a hybrid work model, with a focus on detail, analytical thinking, and adherence to financial procedures.

Formación

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in billing, accounting, or a similar role.
• Experience with full-cycle accounting, invoicing, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and billing processes.
• Proficiency in Holded and Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Billing Management: Generate and send invoices promptly and ensure accuracy.
• Invoice Verification: Review supplier invoices against transactions and agreements.
• Transaction Oversight: Monitor and record customer and supplier transactions.
• Customer and Vendor Communication: Act as primary contact for billing inquiries and payment statuses.
• Record Maintenance: Keep accurate records of billing and transactions.
• Accounting Tasks: Post invoices in the accounting system and reconcile accounts.
• Payment Follow-up: Monitor payment statuses and send reminders for overdue payments.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on billing and accounts for management.
