Axpo Group is seeking a technically seasoned Application Manager in Madrid to take end-to-end ownership of critical Risk Management, Governance & Compliance, and ESG Reporting applications. You will manage the full lifecycle, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and coordinate releases with internal teams and external suppliers.

Join a collaborative international team with hybrid work options. Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.

Formación

• 5+ years in technical application management or engineering, ideally SaaS.
• Solid knowledge of REST APIs, SSO, EntraID, and user provisioning.
• Able to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
• Structured, proactive, and analytical with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with ITIL, Azure, TOGAF, CISSP or CISM preferred.
• Fluent English; German is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Take end-to-end technical ownership of applications in Risk Management, Governance & Compliance, and ESG Reporting.
• Manage the full application lifecycle from implementation and configuration to upgrades and retirement.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and integration concepts.
• Coordinate releases, testing activities, and operational readiness with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with IT architecture, security, and data protection standards.
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and support continuous optimisation initiatives.
