Axpo Group in Madrid is seeking a seasoned project leader to manage complex cross-functional initiatives within the group, spanning setup, structuring, and delivery across diverse units.

You will lead major stream-workstreams, support stakeholders in identifying opportunities, and contribute to developing our PM organisation and methods, while connecting Madrid with Axpo locations and traveling to Baden as required.

Formación

• Master’s degree in business administration, finance, engineering or natural sciences; ideally complemented by additional business education or an MBA
• At least 7 years of experience in project management and in the facilitation of workshops, preferably at a top-tier consulting firm
• A proven track record in delivering complex, cross-divisional projects or leading major project streams
• Strong communication skills, an analytical and structured mindset, and a proactive, hands-on approach
• Confident using AI-supported and digital tools to improve analysis, collaboration and project delivery
• Business fluent English is essential (written and spoken); German is an advantage

Responsabilidades

• Independently manage complex, cross-functional projects across the Axpo Group from set-up and structuring through to successful delivery
• Lead key workstreams within large, group-wide transformation and strategy projects
• Support internal stakeholders in identifying project opportunities and delivering business-critical initiatives
• Contribute to the continuous development of our project management organisation and methodologies
• Strengthen collaboration and networking across the Group, acting as a link between Madrid and other Axpo locations
• Travel flexibly to Baden (Switzerland) and other international Axpo sites depending on project needs
