Job summary

Noatum Automotive in Barcelona is seeking a motivated Customer Service professional to support RoRo logistics operations. You will handle daily customer inquiries, documentation handling, shipment tracking, and coordination between internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Initial experience or internship in freight forwarding (RoRo/automotive is a plus).
• Willingness to learn and develop in operations and customer service.
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end shipment coordination for RoRo and automotive cargo (bookings, documentation, tracking, delivery).
• Act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and a high level of service.
• Coordinate with operations, procurement, carriers, and overseas offices to support smooth execution of shipments.
• Monitor shipments, assist in resolving incidences, and contribute to meeting service commitments and KPIs.
• Ensure proper handling of documentation, invoicing, and system updates (e.g., CargoWise).
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for process and service improvement.
