Job summary

Romeu y Cia, S.A. busca un/a Customer Service Specialist para la oficina de Barcelona. Realizarás atención telefónica y por correo a clientes y proveedores, gestionarás bookings y envíos, y notificarás a clientes sobre embarques.

Coordinarás con el Puerto, la Terminal y la Agencia Tributaria, controlarás espacios y fechas de llegada/salida, y confeccionarás documentación (BLs, certificados, listas de carga, manifiestos) y facturación. Se valora inglés intermedio/avanzado y francés.

Qualifications

• Formación: Grado Superior en Comercio Internacional, Logística y/o Transporte.
• Experiencia: al menos 1 año en funciones similares.
• Idiomas: inglés intermedio/avanzado; francés valorable.
• Office: experiencia avanzada en herramientas de ofimática.

Responsibilities

• Atención telefónica/mail a clientes y proveedores.
• Notificación a clientes de embarques.
• Gestión de bookings/envío de órdenes de transporte.

En las oficinas Romeu y Cía Barcelona, consignataria del nuestro holding ROMEU y referente en el sector del Transporte Internacional y Logística de Mercancías, precisamos incorporar un/a Customer Service Specialist.

What will your functions be?

• Atención telefónica/mail a clientes y proveedores.
• Notificación a clientes de todo lo relativo a los embarques.
• Gestión de bookings/envío de órdenes de transporte.
• Comunicación con el Puerto, Terminal y Agencia Tributaria.
• Control de espacios en barcos, fechas de llegada-salidas y transbordos.
• Confección de documentación (BL's, certificados, sumarias, listas de carga, manifiestos...).
• Facturación a clientes.

What are we looking for?

• Formación: Grado Superior en Comercio Internacional, Logística y/o Transporte.
• Experiencia: al menos 1 año realizando las mismas funciones o en puesto similar.
• Idiomas: nivel intermedio/avanzado de inglés (se realizará prueba de idioma) y valorable contar con francés como segundo idioma.
• Usuario/a avanzado/a de Office.
• Profesional con alta orientación hacia el cliente, capacidad de trabajo en equipo y con tolerancia al estrés.
