Bikini Hotel Es Trenc on Mallorca’s south coast is seeking a Rooms Operations Manager to lead Front Office, Housekeeping and Guest Experience. You will ensure smooth daily operations, oversee room inventories and interface across all hotel departments.

Fluency in English and Spanish is highly valued; experience with Opera Cloud and related hotel systems is a plus. This is a hands-on leadership role with opportunities for professional growth and seasonal long-term tenure.

• Seasoned leader with Rooms Division background.
• Experience handling Front Office, Housekeeping and Guest Experience.
• Strong communication and guest-service orientation.
