Formación

• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership position within the hospitality industry.
• Experience in guest service and team coordination.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Highly organised, proactive and solution-oriented.
• Strong attention to detail and service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Good level of English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in a 4*/5* hotel or high-end hospitality environment will be considered an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate the team during the shift, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
• Organise and distribute tasks according to the operational needs of the service.
• Ensure compliance with Aethos quality and service standards.
• Support the team in handling daily operational issues and guest requests.
• Ensure an exceptional level of service and guest experience at all times.
• Monitor the operational needs of the hotel throughout the shift.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure effective communication and smooth hotel operations.
• Support the onboarding, training and development of new team members.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, safety standards and hotel policies.
• Report any relevant incidents or operational matters to the Department Manager or Management team.
