Four Seasons Hotel Madrid invites recent graduates to join the Rooms Manager in Training (MIT) program. You will rotate through Front Office, Concierge, Guest Experience, Housekeeping and Reservations, developing a broad skill set for a future supervisory role.

The program emphasizes operational exposure, mentorship, structured feedback, and leadership development within a luxury hospitality environment in the heart of Madrid.

Formación

• Upcoming or recent graduate from a Hospitality Management post-secondary program is an asset.
• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in hospitality or service is expected.
• Demonstrated leadership through work, studies or extracurriculars.
• Passion to grow and develop within the industry and Four Seasons.
• Ability to anticipate and prioritize guest needs.
• Energetic and professional approach to hospitality.
• Valid work permit and fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Rotate within Rooms departments: Front Office, Concierge, Guest Experience, Housekeeping and Reservations.
• Goal to develop Manager in Training (MIT) to Supervisor or Assistant Manager upon completion of 18‑month program.
• Provide operational exposure and training.
• Gain valuable management experiences and participate in project work.
• Have a buddy and a mentor and receive structured feedback throughout the program.
• Access to a peer community and networking opportunities.
