Stryker is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer for Spain/France to provide on-site technical support, install and service Mako robotic devices, and ensure adherence to schedules. The role requires travel across Iberia and Southern France, frequent client interaction, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's in Engineering, fluency in Spanish and English, and advanced French. Mentoring and training opportunities are available for recent graduates.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with customers.
• Ability to analyze and resolve routine to moderately complex technical issues using established processes.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; advanced French.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site technical support and perform customer support tasks.
• Deliver, install, repair, maintain and test Mako robotic devices.
• Resolve operational issues in the field.
• Identify issues and perform troubleshooting procedures.
• Determine customer needs and offer recommendations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality customer support.
• Manage work progress and adhere to schedules; document work progress and service reports.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
