Stryker is seeking a Mako Field Service Representative to support customers in Iberia and southern France. You will install, repair, maintain and test Mako robotic systems on-site, ensuring services meet procedures and schedules. Travel is frequent and you will build strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s in engineering, demonstrates technical problem-solving and communication skills, and is fluent in Spanish and English with advanced French.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent.
• Demonstrated technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customers.
• Ability to analyze and resolve routine to moderately complex technical issues.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; advanced French.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site technical support and customer tasks.
• Deliver, install, repair, maintain and test Mako robotic devices.
• Resolve field operational issues.
• Identify issues and perform troubleshooting.
• Determine customer needs and offer recommendations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure first-rate support.
• Manage work progress and schedules.
• Document work progress and service reports.
