Stryker is seeking a Mako Field Service Engineer to provide on-site technical support, install, repair and maintain Mako robotic devices across Iberia and Southern France. The role requires frequent travel and strong customer focus.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, have fluent Spanish and English, and advanced French, with demonstrated problem-solving and communication skills to ensure high-quality field service.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customers.
• Ability to analyze and resolve routine to moderately complex technical issues using established processes.

Responsabilidades

• You will provide on-site technical support and perform customer support tasks.
• You will deliver, install, repair, maintain and test Mako robotic devices.
• You will resolve operational issues in the field and perform troubleshooting.
• You will determine customer needs and offer recommendations.
• You will collaborate with colleagues and share information to ensure first-rate customer support.
• You will manage work progress and ensure adherence to schedules.
• You will document work progress and complete service reports.
• You will develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
