Stryker is seeking a Mako Field Service Representative to provide on-site support, installation, repair and testing of Mako robotic systems across Iberia and Southern France. The role involves frequent travel, collaborating with colleagues and maintaining strong customer relationships.

The successful candidate will hold an engineering degree, possess strong problem-solving skills, and be fluent in Spanish and English with advanced French.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Demonstrated technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customer interactions
• Ability to analyze and resolve routine to moderately complex technical issues
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Advanced French proficiency

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site technical support and customer service tasks
• Deliver, install, repair, maintain and test Mako robotic devices
• Resolve operational issues in the field
• Identify issues and perform troubleshooting procedures
• Determine customer needs and offer recommendations
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure first-rate support
• Manage work progress and ensure schedules are met
• Track progress and complete service reports
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
