American Express is seeking an Analyst for Risk Governance and Frameworks in Madrid. The role supports the Spain CRO team, enhancing governance structures and policy architecture across Spanish entities AEESA and AEPE.

• 3-5 years of experience in risk management or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen with a risk-reward control perspective.
• Experience interacting with regulators and familiarity with Spain/Europe regulatory landscape.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and enhance the Risk Governance Framework and second-line governance for AEESA and AEPE.
• Support ILE Risk Management policies and deployment of second-line frameworks.
• Support the Risk Appetite Framework and governance of appetite statements and metrics.
• Build relationships with Enterprise teams to ensure input to policies is reflected.
• Ensure frameworks and policies are embedded and risk governance is in line with requirements.
• Help structure and operate Governance Committees and escalation processes.
• Oversee remediation of priority issues and regulatory action plans.
