Job summary

WebBeds is seeking a Risk and Safety Advisor to support its Health & Safety programme by ensuring accommodation suppliers meet safety standards and industry best practices. You will perform risk assessments, work with hotel partners to resolve safety issues, and manage the shared mailbox while coordinating with Contracting and Purchasing teams on audits.

The role requires 1–3 years in a similar position, a university degree ( Hospitality and Tourism preferred), English fluency, and strong

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• University degree (prefer Hospitality and Tourism) or equivalent qualification.
• Background knowledge of health and safety practices for travel industry.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with email ticketing systems.
• Experience managing administrative tasks from multiple sources.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key responsibilities

• Risk assessment and compliance: Conduct thorough hotel risk assessments in line with recognized industry standards and WebBeds' safety requirements to ensure a secure partner network.
• Supplier collaboration and resolution: Identify nonconformities and work collaboratively with hotel partners via email and phone to ensure the timely resolution of safety issues.
• Mailbox and communication management: Manage the shared mailbox daily, efficiently prioritizing and organizing incoming communications to maintain swift response times.
• Internal partnership and record keeping: Collaborate closely with the Contracting and Purchasing teams regarding audit findings, while ensuring all compliance documentation is accurately recorded and maintained according to company policy.
