Job summary

Boston Scientific in Galicia is seeking an Account Manager in Electrophysiology to support the Regional Sales Manager and drive growth of the Rhythm Management portfolio in your territory. The role emphasizes end-to-end account planning, stakeholder engagement, and strategic execution across hospitals and clinics.

You will build strong relationships with clinicians and purchasing teams, manage tenders, and coordinate with KAMs, FCS, and SAMs to expand market share.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales.
• Exposure to Rhythm Management products or clinical support is preferred.
• Experience supporting procedures in the operating room is highly valued.
• Proven knowledge of local healthcare markets and customer landscape.
• Background in Rhythm Management devices and procedures is preferred.
• Able to prepare tenders and engage with hospital purchasers.
• Strong business acumen with sales planning experience.
• Excellent communication skills and English fluency.
• Willingness to travel regionally and nationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a commercial focus to drive account conversions and increase market share within the region.
• Execute regional and local sales strategies aligned with broader business objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with clinicians and non-clinical stakeholders in accounts, coordinating with FCS, SAM, KAM and RSM to drive actions.
