Transcom is seeking an Operations Manager to lead new client accounts, drive growth, and work with high-performing teams to deliver outstanding CX results. The role requires CX/BPO operations experience, strong team leadership, and the ability to manage profitability and relationships with internal and external partners.

Fluency in Spanish and English (C1 or native) is required, with additional languages welcome.

Formación

• Experience in CX and/or BPO operations management.
• Experience in team management and leading client-focused teams.
• Ability to manage profit and loss and build client relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (C1 or native); additional languages welcome.
