Fever, the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is seeking a data-driven Revenue Operations professional in Madrid. The role focuses on shaping strategy, monitoring performance, and delivering insights that drive revenue growth across markets.

You will build dashboards, analyze results, and partner with senior leadership to create action plans. This on-site role offers exposure to executives and a dynamic, international team.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Strategy, Growth or Analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of commercial KPIs, forecasting and planning.
• Able to translate data into actionable recommendations for leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Shape the strategy and performance tracking of the Business Development Team.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor performance.
• Analyze commercial results and identify inefficiencies, trends, and growth opportunities.
• Partner with Business Development leadership and cross-functional teams to define action plans.
• Support strategic planning and forecasting to meet business targets.
• Provide data-driven insights to senior stakeholders to drive revenue initiatives.
• Collaborate with executives and commercial leadership across the org.
