Fever, a leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment in Madrid, seeks an analytics-driven growth lead to drive performance across markets. You will own growth strategy, oversee cross-functional projects, and work with teams across multiple countries in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

We value a strong background in engineering or quantitative fields, fluency in Italian and English, and a proactive mindset.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in analytics & business roles.
• Proven experience leading teams or key projects.
• Engineering bachelor’s or Maths/Statistics/Data Analytics/Strategy background.
• Data-driven, using numbers to inform strategic decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills across disciplines and teams.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Proactive problem-solver with an opportunities mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Enhance overall company performance across different business units.
• Own full responsibility for growth team decisions in your business line.
• Define and establish new growth strategies to improve key metrics.
• Implement end-to-end solutions and high-impact projects.
• Work with people across markets and teams in an international setting (up to 40 countries).
• Report directly to the global growth direction.
