Fever in Madrid is seeking a Performance & Strategy Associate to own the distribution analytics end-to-end, deciding which products to push, where, and how with strong data-backed judgment. You’ll build dashboards by product, vertical, partner and geography, size and prioritize channels, model revenue, and design go-to-market plans for new platforms and partnerships across 40+ countries.

Fluent English and Spanish are essential; a STEM background and a hands-on mindset are highly valued in this

Formación

• STEM/Engineering background is required.
• 3–5 years in analytics, growth, or strategy in high-growth startups or demanding corporate environments.
• Fluent English and Spanish; another language is a plus.
• SQL (basic knowledge) and dashboards experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own distribution performance analysis end-to-end: define KPIs, build dashboards, translate into strategy.
• Build dashboards and single source of truth by product, vertical, partner, geography to guide growth.
• Size and prioritize channels, build revenue models, and design go-to-market plans for new platforms and partnerships.
• Scope, run, and analyze experiments (pricing, marketing spend, discounting) and turn insights into action plans.
• Diagnose workflows to refocus the team on high-ROI opportunities.
• Partner with external resellers and internal teams across 40+ countries to scale incremental revenue.

At Fever, we help millions of people discover the best experiences in their city — and the Distribution team takes those experiences beyond Fever's own channels, partnering with resellers to reach new audiences (think travelers looking for the perfect thing to do). We grow that business market by market, and we do it data-first.

That's where you come in.

As Performance & Strategy Associate, you'll own the numbers behind our distribution strategy end-to-end: you decide which products we push, where, and how — and you have the analytical firepower and business judgment to back it up.

What You´ll Do

• Own distribution performance analysis end-to-end: from defining the KPIs to building the dashboards to turning them into strategy.
• Build your own dashboards and single source of truth (by product, vertical, partner, geography) to shape where we grow next.
• Size and prioritize channels, build revenue models, and design go-to-market plans for new platforms and partnerships.
• Scope, run, and analyze experiments (pricing, marketing spend, discounting) and turn insights into playbooks and roadmaps.
• Diagnose how we work and re-focus the team on the highest-ROI opportunities.
• Partner with external resellers and internal teams (Supply, Product, Marketing) across 40+ countries to scale incremental revenue.

Who You Are

• STEM/Engineering background — a must.
• 3–5 years in analytics, growth, or strategy in high-growth startups or demanding corporate environments.
• Strong business and commercial acumen: you connect data to revenue impact and can defend a strategy to stakeholders, not just build a dashboard.
• A sharp analytical toolkit: experimentation/A-B testing, funnel and cohort analysis, unit economics and business-case modeling.
• SQL (basic knowledge required) and a track record of reliable, automated dashboards.
• Process-improvement mindset and excellent stakeholder management you influence without authority.
• Fluent English and Spanish; a third language is a plus.
